After many months of hard work, I’m excited to announce that my NEW FITNESS APP has been launched! With over 60 workouts available to you, you can exercise from the comfort of your own home, take them to the gym or just get ideas to incorporate into your own workout.
With our busy lives, I’ve created 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 & 45 minute workouts that you can choose from to do on your own (videos & descriptions for each exercise). There are also 12 different categories of workouts for you to choose from including full body, upper body, lower body, cardio, core, glutes, bodyweight, mobility, kettlebell, beginner’s workouts and more!!! I also have short 1-3 minute devotionals to go along with the workouts.
